After more than two decades of serving in ministry, Pastor Dave came to Grace Brethren Church seven months ago with a heart to faithfully preach God’s Word and serve both the congregation and the surrounding community. His ministry is focused on helping individuals and families grow deeper in their faith and live it out with boldness, purpose, and compassion beyond the church walls. As the founder of Love Your Neighbor Ministry, he brings years of outreach, discipleship, and hands-on service into the life of Grace Brethren, encouraging the church to actively love and serve its neighbors. Alongside his wife, Caryn, he treasures their six children and four grandchildren, and his experiences as a husband, father, and grandfather continue to shape his pastoral care with authenticity, empathy, and conviction.

Caryn Schmall serves as the Church Administrator at Grace Brethren, where she plays a vital role in supporting the ministry, caring for the congregation, and strengthening the connection between the church and the community. With a heart for service and a gift for organization, Caryn works both behind the scenes and alongside others to ensure the daily life of the church runs smoothly, allowing ministry and outreach to flourish. In addition to her administrative role, Caryn leads Women of Grace, the church’s women’s ministry, where she encourages spiritual growth, meaningful connection, and authentic community among women of all ages. Known for her warmth, compassion, and attention to detail, Caryn is often one of the first friendly faces people encounter at Grace Brethren.
